Join artist, designer and fashion icon Karen Arthur for her "Wear Your Happy" workshop aimed at helping you reclaim your joy, wellbeing, and identity through your clothing.

During the workshop, you will be encouraged to draw on childhood fashion memories, including moments learned through parents and carers, as well as to explore more broadly how joy and freedom are captured by what we wear and how we can incorporate that into our future fashion choices.

The workshop involves reflection, writing, drawing, and/or sharing. It promises to be a fabulous, friendly and fun event with wellbeing and style at its core.

"I believe passionately in the power of clothing and accessories to enhance your mood and uplift your spirits. Be it colour, fabric, or a memory, whatever we adorn ourselves with, we can decide to stand up, stand out, and feel wonderful. How will you wear your happy today?" - Karen Arthur

Participants are encouraged to bring or wear an item that brings them happiness. It might be their own or one from a loved one, alive or passed on.
